As always, the internet has a plethora of websites with breaking news stories from around the globe. Of all the ones I stumbled across, nothing stood out more to me than this article from Huffington Post that talks about a letter written by a loyal Tim Horton’s customer’s complaint over their “inferior” lids.
It’s worth the read and it highly entertaining. It will have you nodding your head agreement and saying “I, too, have felt the pain of this individual!”
First world problems at its best.
Hello lovelies! After a bit of a hiatus from the blogging world, I have returned! I’m not sure how many of you are excited about this but nonetheless, I bring you fascinating news:
– New site design coming! Since this has turned into a solo endeavour (unless some of you are interested in collaborating, contributing, etc.) I have decided to spruce up the blog a bit.
– I am going to try (very hard) to post daily.
– And as always, I am always looking for contributors! So please, do not hesitate to send and share your ideas. Creative collaboration is always awesome!
I have a lot of catching up to do in terms of posts and discussing topics of interest to all of you and I will provide!
I hope you all have had and are still enjoy what’s left of this lovely Summer (here, near and far!).
So I’m going to be the bearer of bad news here and tell you all that I will taking a break from blogging for few days or so. I know, I know, what terrible timing because E3 is happening! I’m sure many other outlets on the interwebs will provide much coverage and opinions about what’s being announced.
We are still accepting articles for guest bloggers, so if that interests you, send away!
Until then, have yourselves a great week and see you soon!
I frequent collegehumor.com quite a bit. I mostly go to find random, funny videos because I am easily amused (obviously). Anyway, I came across this video that asks the age old question: Are ______ art? In this case, are video games art?
Nokia released the final trailer for Man of Steel yesterday. Check it out because it is pretty awesome.
One week until the movie opens and I’m sure it will top the box office for its opening weekend.
I want to avoid the opening day rush and will see on Sunday.
Are you guys stoaked for this movie or what?!
The Purge is out in theatres today and while this highly unrealistic story line seems intriguing enough, something tells me it may not live up the suspenseful thrill it promises in the trailer.
Set ten years in the future, The Purge is about a family’s fight for survival in a 12-hour free-for-all in a city where all crime is legal and all emergency services are suspended.
The film is apparently a social commentary on the “system” favoring the wealthy, blah, blah, blah.
Maybe I’ll check it out this weekend and write a nice, little review about it.
Happy movie watching!
Here you go all you Archie fans, a live-action film may soon be in existence, according to collider.com. Warner Bros. is in development to turn Robert Aguirre Sarcasa’s Afterlife with Archie comic apparently to be directed by Jason Moore.
The plan is to put Archie and his gang in a similar situation like Evil Dead. I’m going to go ahead and assume like Bruce Campbell’s Evil Dead because let’s be honest, a serious Archie zombie movie? Come onnn.
I’m not really a huge Archie fan. Actually, I’m not at all but I figured this could possibly be good news for Archie and zombie fans alike.
Only time will tell…
